Cancellation & Postponement Policy
Project-specific written terms take priority.
Confirmed bookings
Cancellation charges may apply after a booking is confirmed because talent may have declined other work and reserved the agreed time.
Notice
The applicable fee depends on the notice provided, production preparation already completed, committed expenses and the terms agreed for the project.
Postponement
A postponed date is subject to talent availability and may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking where the original date cannot be transferred.
Weather and external conditions
Outdoor productions should agree weather contingencies in advance. Travel, location and production expenses already incurred may remain payable.
Refunds
Any refund is assessed against the written booking terms, completed work, reserved time, non-recoverable costs and applicable law.
