1. Website use

This website provides agency, talent discovery, application and enquiry services. You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material or submit false information.

2. Talent applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee representation, approval, work or payment. Applicants must provide accurate, current information and must have the legal right to submit all uploaded material.

3. Profile approval

Prime Reach Media may approve, edit, decline, suspend or remove profiles where information is incomplete, misleading, outdated, unsuitable or inconsistent with agency standards.

4. Booking enquiries

An online enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes binding only after talent availability, scope, usage, rate, payment, schedule and any other material terms are confirmed by the agency.

5. Intellectual property

Website design, agency branding and original written content belong to Prime Reach Media or their respective licensors. Talent images remain subject to the rights of the model, photographer and other rights holders.

6. Limitation

The website is provided on an availability basis. Prime Reach Media is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorised use, external service failure, inaccurate information supplied by users or circumstances outside reasonable control.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Continued use after publication of revised terms indicates acceptance of the updated version.
